Developer Representation

Partner, Trudy Browne is responsible for managing the firm's representation of real estate developers in matters concerning the acquisition, creation and operation of residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums. The firm is capable of handling real estate transactions anywhere in the State of Florida.


PROCESS

  • Notice of Intended Conversion letter to be submitted to State. Approval to be received within 30 days from date of State’s receipt. Upon receipt of this approval, and upon submission of documents to the State, letter may be sent to present tenants (by certified mail) and contracts may be written.
  • City (municipality) where property is located must be contacted (either by Developer or by Condo Conversion Group and a municipality letter requested from them.
  • Termite Report and Certificates of Occupancy needed for submission of documents.
  • Two copies of certified Surveys needed for submission to State with documents.
  • Signed/certified copy of Conversion Report.
